Marjorie Madfis is founder and president of Yes She Can Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women with autism spectrum disorders develop transferable job skills.   Marjorie was inspired by her daughter, Isabelle who is now 23, to create a rigorous program to teach business process and thinking skills as well as workplace social skills in an authentic business setting.  Marjorie and Yes She Can have been recognized by Autism Science Foundation, YAI, and Non Profit Westchester.

As a parent of a child with autism and a professional in the field of work force development, Marjorie has been an advocate for inclusion at school, in the community, and at work. 

Previously, Marjorie had a successful 30-year business career, with expertise in marketing strategy, digital and interactive marketing.  She worked for major direct marketing agencies and corporations, retiring from IBM in 2013. Marjorie earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire and Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
